Welcome to Flux BBS

Flux BBS is a community run internet based discussion and chat system which was originally housed at the University of Plymouth on Termisoc's servers, but is now hosted in Maidenhead by A Squared.

Many of Flux's users have said it to be one of the most friendly systems on the internet. The userbase is fairly geographically diverse with users from all corners of the UK, as well as the Republic Of Ireland, the Netherlands and beyond. People log on to Flux daily to chat with other users and join in the fun.

Flux is much more than a chat system, it contains the ability to send e-mail or instant messages to other users and a boards system where discussions on all sorts of subjects take place.

Flux is essentially an Eagles BBS (EBBS), but has been modified by a number of people during its history. Also it's the only EBBS we know of with this rather spiffy web interface and jabber integration. Hurrah!
